Account Data: Your phone number (used as your unique ID) and your name.

Health Logs: Any text or voice messages you send to logzo via WhatsApp, including meal descriptions, workout details, and mood updates.

Technical Data: Information automatically collected when you visit our dashboard (IP address, browser type).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

  • Process your natural language messages into structured health data using AI.
  • Provide you with a personalized dashboard and weekly performance recaps.
  • Securely store your history so you can track your progress over time.

3. Critical Disclosure: SMS & Third-Party Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or health logs to any third party.

4. Data Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption provided by our infrastructure partner, Supabase. Access to your data is strictly controlled via Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring that only you can view your personal health logs.

5. AI Processing

To provide our "Frictionless Tracking" service, your messages are processed by OpenAI’s enterprise-grade API. Your data is used only to extract health metrics for your personal use and is not used to train future versions of their public AI models.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & International)

As a UK-based company, we respect your rights under the GDPR. You have the right to:

  • Access your data at any time via your dashboard.
  • Delete your account and all associated health logs permanently.
  • Export your data for use in other applications.
