Welcome to logzo. By using our WhatsApp service and dashboard, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Nature of Our Service

logzo is a tool designed to help you track and visualize your personal health data using Artificial Intelligence.

Not Medical Advice: logzo is for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting a new diet or exercise program.

Accuracy: While our AI is highly advanced, it can occasionally misinterpret logs. You are responsible for reviewing the data on your dashboard for accuracy.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use logzo.
  • You are responsible for the security of your WhatsApp account and your logzo dashboard login.
  • You agree to provide accurate information (such as your phone number) to ensure the service functions correctly.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Billing: logzo is a subscription-based service. You will be billed monthly via our payment processor (Stripe).
  • Free Trials: If you are on a free trial, you will be notified before your first payment is processed.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use logzo to:

  • Send any content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the logzo platform or bypass our security measures.
  • Use the service for automated spamming or "botting" outside of our intended WhatsApp interface.

5. Intellectual Property

We own the rights to the logzo name, logo, and the specific AI workflows we’ve built. You own your data you can export your logs or delete them at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, logzo (and its creators) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. We provide logzo "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we add new features (like voice notes or direct health integrations). We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
